    • Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
    • Perform clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, shredding documents, and sorting mail.
    • Print daily routes and place in designated location for distribution to the drivers.
    • Print process documents for daily production.
    • Print waste transfer documentation (Tracking Forms) for transport of waste from the transfer facility to a treatment facility.
    • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
    • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
    • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
    • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
    • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
    • Communicate and transmit information or documents to customers, using telephone, computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
    • Receive, document, investigate and resolve customer, employee and/or vendor concerns / complaints, elevating serious issues to direct Supervisor(s).


    • 2+ years of administrative experience within a manufacturing/operational environment
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Good with computer systems (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to work weekends, holidays or flex hours as needed by production demands
