    Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales quotas for the region as set by the company, with your collaboration;
    • Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in the region;
    • Utilizes pipeline management (SalesForce) to ensure sales plan is met;
    • Constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results;
    • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships;
    • Ensure high performance standards for self and others
    • In conjunction with National Sales Manager, monitor sales flow, analyze results, and make recommendations for improvement
    • Communicate market development and suggested product line changes or opportunities to National Sales Manager;
    • Complete all required weekly, quarterly and projection reporting on time as required;
    • Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes;
    • Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of the regional for Senior Leadership;
    • Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment with key customers;
    • Take on special projects as assigned by Management;
    • Comply with all national and local laws and company policies and procedures associated with marketing and business practices;
    • Manage all regional activity within budgetary guidelines

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field
    • 7-10 years Business Experience required and previous experience managing a team of inside and outside sales representatives
    • Must be able to discuss the features, advantages and clinical benefits of all our products and to compare their performance with competitive products
    • Previously experience within the hospital sales environment with specific experience reviewing and responding to RFPs and tenders, as well as experience dealing with Canadian GPOs, such as HealthPro and MedBuy
    • Strong interpersonal skills- relationship builder

    • Ability to leverage relationships to achieve business goals
    • Strategic thinking skills and strong business acumen
    • Excellent oral/written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to influence decision at all level of management
