  • Responsibilities

    The Project Coordinator will be responsible to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans spanning across multiple teams. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and resources management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.


    Specific Accountabilities

    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
    • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
    • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
    • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
    • Providing administrative support as needed
    • Undertaking project tasks as required


    • BS, BA Four Year Degree, preferably in Business or Business related subject or related experience 
    • At least three (3) years of relevant experience
    • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent experience 
    • Project management tool experience such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, or equivalent ideal
    • Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
    • Ability to interface with people at all levels within the organization
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines
    • Excellent Management Skills
