    The Billing Manager will be responsible for guiding a team in their day to day responsibilities relating to the daily operations of the Billing functions. This leader will be expected to drive ongoing customer partnership and service to meet and exceed the needs of our customers.


    In summary key responsibilities will include:

    • Performing monthly audits to ensure billable services are captured in real time.
    • Planning and implementing quality assurance for improved processes.
    • Timely and accurate processing of customer invoices for services and accessories performed and sold.
    • Collaborating with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.
    • Identifying and processing billing adjustments in a timely manner.
    • Calculating and preparing manual billing for non-routine, complex billing arrangements.
    • Gathering and summarizing supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements.
    • Collaborating with plant administrators to ensure the proper closing of routes in Route Optix.
    • Setting performance standards and ensuring that the appropriate coverage is in place to meet or exceed service goals.


    The successful Billing Manager will possess:

    • 6-12 plus years of billing experience
    • Industry experience a plus 
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
