Overview

The Digital Sales Division is the sales engine that drives Daniels Health.  Our team is responsible for driving revenue by both converting in-bound and prospecting warm, outbound leads.

This position is responsible for incremental revenue through inbound and outbound sales calls. This includes lead campaigns and telephone prospecting targeting existing customers and new prospects, conducting business needs analysis and developing appropriate service solutions for the customer/prospect.

Responsibilities

 

  • Effectively qualify clients through the use of Relationship-Selling methods. Researches customer/prospect history and business needs in order to develop a complete service proposal, while targeting upgrade and cross-sell opportunities of additional Daniels Health products/services. Sell the value of the recommended solution, and retain/up-sell revenue if possible.
  • Builds a pipeline of potential future business by prospecting via the Internet, assigned territory lists, outbound marketing/lead campaigns and other sources as identified.
  • Work with cross functional team members including transportation, billing, collections, sales, and customer experience departments to assist in providing satisfactory solutions from the customer perspective in order to retain business, and leverage communication from other departments to identify sales opportunities.
  • Effectively uses technology based CRM (Salesforce) tool for lead follow-up, sale cycle disposition, pipeline management, forecasting and lost opportunity tracking. Keeps comprehensive and accurate notes in the system.

Qualifications

  • BS, BA Four Year Degree from an accredited university
  • Previous experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
  • Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft 360 and Salesforce
  • 1 to 2 years previous sales experience; health care and/or logistics a plus
  • Competitive by nature with a background in athletics and/or performance arts
  • The ability to thrive in both a team environment and as a sole contributor
  • Can demonstrate active listening skills and critically consult your client based upon multiple criteria
  • Able to adjust to changing conditions on multiple fronts both internal and external.
