We are actively seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Care Administrator to work in our Moncton facility! The selected candidate will be an organized and reliable individual who is passionate about providing a positive customer service experience, and will also enjoy working alongside a small (but mighty!) team of individuals to get the job done right!

What you will do:

  • Answers and manages all incoming telephone enquiries, and provides a high quality of service
  • Provides feedback to management on ways to increase efficiencies and the effectiveness of servicing customers’ needs
  • Maintains open communication with the Operations Manager with regard to all issues affecting customer satisfaction, and logistics related issues
  • Provides sales administrative support, including assisting in gathering of data, producing reports, and other functions as required
  • Promotes Daniels products and services when speaking with customers
  • Interacts with the finance department in the head office to assist with billing preparation for month-end process
  • Assists with and coordinates the scheduling of the Joint Health and Safety Meeting and keeps track of action items
  • Greets all incoming guests and ensures proper sign in/sign out of all guests
  • Manages and distributes all incoming fax documents via email
  • Receives, sorts, stamps and distributes incoming mail/vendor invoices
  • Orders and manages office supplies
  • Reviews completed route paperwork, reconciliation with plant waste receipt records
  • Reviews and updates all routes to billing
  • Files and mails all manifests and invoices
  • Performs other special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager

 

 

Qualifications

What you offer:

  • Must be fully bilingual (English/French)(verbal and written)
  • Education equivalent to graduation from High School or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating the ability to provide the highest level of customer service in a variety of settings and situations
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal direction required, while also demonstrating the ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and has experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a good knowledge of the geographic area of Atlantic Canada
  • Demonstrates the ability to use applicable internet applications
  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Hazardous Materials Regulations, OSHA, and MOT regulations a plus, or demonstrates a willingness to learn details of each
  • Demonstrates knowledge of inventory management and routing and re-routing
