Our business is growing and expanding rapidly in the US which has created the need to introduce a new position into our organization- Regional, GPO & IDN Leader for the Texas region.
The GPO & IDN Manager will lead the overall relationship, strategic sales activity and bid process with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) within Texas. The successful candidate will build relationships with existing and prospective C-suite members within GPO's and IDN's, whilst also providing indirect leadership and mentoring to a wider sales team within your region.
The core focus is ultimately retention, upselling, contract optimization and negotiation to build our market presence. This challenging position will suit an enthusiastic, customer centric, sales professional with at least 5 years of experience working with GPO’s and IDN's (Nationally or locally). Ideally you will hold a degree within a related discipline; Business, Health or Applied Science. Your strong negotiation and influencing skills, interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to drive outcomes are essential qualities required for this role.
