Overview

With a strong focus on future growth and business development we now have the opportunity for a strategic National Operations Manager to join our team.  

 

Based in Chicago with significant travel, the National Operations Manager will lead operations for Daniels Health nationally. With a strong focus on people, values, budget, efficiency, customer service, strategy and innovation the role will provide leadership and oversee operations for all states. This will also include safety, quality control standards, regulatory requirements, people management, transport & logistics, maintenance programs, facility management, equipment utilization and performance.

 

The core focus of the National Operations Manager is ultimately to maximize our operations nationally by continually improving processes, increasing capacity and reducing costs in the most productive and efficient way whilst retaining and engaging our hardworking workforce. This leader will solve operational problems in a way that is consistent with service standards, budgets and statutory obligations.  


This dynamic position will suit an enthusiastic, customer centric, operations professional with at least 10 years of experience working with within a similar industrial, processing/production style environment that is highly regulated. Your experience working cross country, leading multi facilities is highly advantageous to your success.  Your strong negotiation and influencing skills, interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to drive outcomes are essential qualities required for this role.
